Madison Police say a 16-year-old father threw his five-month-old baby while arguing with the child's mother.
Police say the little boy was in a car seat Friday night when the incident occurred outside of a N. Wickham Ct. apartment building
During the argument, the father allegedly threw the seat and child. The child was not buckled in, and when the seat hit a step the baby spilled onto the concrete.
The baby was quickly picked up by his mother. Officers say he did not appear to be injured.
The father was taken to the Juvenile Reception Center on a tentative charge of 2nd degree reckless endangerment. Dane Co. Social Services were notified about the situation.
