UPDATED: Suspect named in Town of Madison shooting

UPDATED Friday June 21, 2013 -- 2:00 p.m.

TOWN OF MADISON, Wis.--- Police in the Town of Madison have named a suspect in Thursday night's shooting.

Police are looking for Antonio D. Washington who will tentatively be charged with Attempted Homicide. Washington should be considered armed and dangerous, according to the police.

Investigators say the shooting happened near Pheasant Ridge Trail and Deer Valley Rd. The victim, a 23-year-old man, was found with gunshot injuries. His name is not being released.

Earlier in the evening police were in the area for a disturbance between several people that started from an argument over a video game.

Police are searching for a man involved in a shooting late last night in the Town of Madison. It happened just before midnight Thursday between two apartment buildings on the 2600 block of Pheasant Ridge Trail.

According to police, the man who was shot suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police also say the incident happened over a stolen video game.
