Suspect: black male, 20's, 5'6"-5'10" with a skinny build. Red clothe over his face
Victim male, age 35, Madison
Details: As victim was going to his car he was approached by the suspect. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money and the victim's cell phone. The victim was not injured.
