Man Arrested For OWI In McDonald's Drive Thru
Information from Janesville Police Department:
On 04-07-12 at approximately 2:31 a.m. Janesville officers were sent to McDonald's, 1951 Center Ave, for an unresponsive male in a vehicle. Upon arrival officers made contact with the male, 37-year-old Luis Garcia, who was intoxicated and passed out in his vehicle in the drive-thru lane.
Garcia was arrested for 5th offense OWI and held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
