From the Mount Horeb Police Department:
Larissa A. Gudleske, 48, of Mount Horeb was arrested twice for OWI-4th Offense and domestic charges within three days.
On November 24th, 2012 Mount Horeb Police Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Hwy 92 and 8th St. in Mount Horeb for a two car crash. The investigation revealed Gudleske had failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the intersection causing the crash. She was subsequently arrested after failing field sobriety tests. She was cited for 4th-Offense (Misdemeanor), failure to stop at a stop sign, inattentive driving, and driving with open intoxicants.
On November 27th, 2012 Mount Horeb Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Beuchner Circle for a domestic disturbance. Gudleske was intoxicated and there to speak to an ex-boyfriend. Unable to do so, she rammed her vehicle into his several times before leaving. She was later located at her residence in the 1800 block of Syvarud Rd. After failing field sobriety she was again arrested for OWI 4th-Offense (Misdemeanor). She was also charged and booked into the Dane County Jail for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Criminal Damage to Property She was cited for reckless driving, hit-and-run, failure to report an accident, expired registration, operating with a cracked windshield, and failure to properly equip seatbelts.
Additional charges are possible pending the results of both official blood tests.
