Just before 11:00 p.m. on January 14th, the Sauk Co. deputy stopped 50-year-old Daniel Kalepp of Reedsburg. The Deputy smelled alcohol on Kalepp’s breath and he showed signs of being drunk. Kalepp was administered field sobriety tests and failed them. As a result, Kalepp was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Because Kalepp has had four previous OWI convictions, he is only allowed to drive a car with a blood alcohol concentration lower than .02%.
