Details: On 01/02/2012, at approximately 5:35pm, Madison Police were dispatched to East Towne Mall reference a battery that occurred to a security officer. Police received a preliminary description of the suspects, and noted several people fleeing toward Zeier Road. Officers were able to take three individuals into custody, and develop probable cause to arrest a fourth suspect.

An East Towne Security Officer recognized a 16-year-old female that had been previously banned from the property, due to being arrested for disorderly conduct just one week earlier! The security officer attempted to contact the 16-year-old female and a 16-year-old male, but Aquille Lowe intervened by using his car to cut off the officer. Lowe and associates verbally attacked the security officer, and Lowe punched the officer three times in the face. All suspects fled, and witnesses substantiated the attack on the security officer. Police recovered stolen merchandise from a number of stores within East Towne Mall, and conveyed all arrested parties to jail.
