The fine for operating while suspended is $200.50 and 3 points.
Officials say all 29 of her prior operating while suspended convictions have occurred since 2011.
Norton was also cited Tuesday morning for no insurance.

Dane Co. deputies say a 23-year-old woman has received her 28th citation for driving with a suspended license.
Leanna Norton was stopped on Stoughotn Road this week. Along with receiving her 28th operating with a suspended license citation, deputies say she was also not wearing a seat belt and did not have active registration.
All 28 of Norton's traffic stops, which have been since June of 2009, add up to more than $5,000.
Officials with the Sheriff's Department say that according to state law, operating while suspended is a forfeiture, and there's no mandatory court appearance. It is not considered a criminal act.
Sheriff's Department officials are checking with the District Attorney to see if there is a way they can charge Norton
