As college students head back to school today, they are getting a taste of the real world.
Universities are dealing with rising costs and students are finding fees added to their bills that they didn't expect.
Administrators say that they're adding fees because state support isn't keeping up with the price of doing business, and legislatures aren't raising tuition.
As for private schools, they have fees too, but they're a tiny part of the bill, with tuition being much higher.
