City of Beloit to Mail Postcards to All Registered Voters

February 8, 2012 – Beloit, WI: The City of Beloit will be mailing postcards to all registered voters informing them of their new polling location and ward and district information that may or may not have changed due to redistricting in 2011. The postcards will be mailed by Monday, February 13, 2012. Please watch for these postcards and maintain them for future reference.

City of Beloit residents who are not registered voters may still register and vote on Election Day, provided that they have lived at their residence for 28 consecutive days and are otherwise eligible to vote. These residents may use one of the following methods to find the proper polling location and ward and district information:

1. Visit and enter your name and birthdate or address.
2. Visit and click on the link to the City of Beloit Wards and Polling
Locations page. Review the maps to determine which ward your residence is located
and where you will go to register and vote.
3. Call the City Clerk’s office at (608) 364-6680 or stop by the office on the second floor of
City Hall during regular business hours (M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
