Press Release from the City of Madison:

The Streets Division has suspended large item collection for Wednesday February 27th due to the snow storm that hit Madison early this morning.

"We need to divert our large item staff and equipment to snow plowing duties," Madison recycling coordinator George Dreckmann said. "We resume large item collection on Thursday."

"Large items scheduled for collection on Wednesday will be collected on Thursday," Dreckmann said."We anticipate that we will have all of the large items set out for collection this week collected by the end of the day on Friday."
