Millions of surge protectors recalled amid reports of damage, injuries

About 15 million surge protectors are being recalled because they can overheat, smoke and melt.

“APC 7 and 8 series Surge Arrest” surge protectors were manufactured before 2003.

The words “personal,” “professional,” “performance” or “network” are printed on the surge protectors.

There are numerous reports of injuries and property damage.

If you think you own one of these products, click HERE to check your serial number and see if it's recalled.
