Multiple Madison residents tell police they saw a man walking dog while naked

Madison Police say they took a few reports from north side citizens who saw a man walking a dog while naked.

The first report came in from a caller Sunday morning around 9:26. They told police the man was near the intersection of N. Sherman Ave. and Northport Dr.

The caller said the man was walking his dog and was clad in nothing but a turban.

Police checked it out but did not find the man.

A second call came in from a citizen who saw a naked man walking a dog near Lake View Elementary School.

Officers again could not find him. They stopped and spoke with a man who was outside doing yard work in the area. He told police he recently saw a nude man with a what appeared to be a t-shirt wrapped around his head walking his dog.
