GREEN BAY - A trip to Lambeau Field will cost you a little more this fall.

The Green Bay Packers say they are raising ticket prices for the 2013 season. Tickets are going up either $2 or $5.

End-zone seat tickets are increasing by $2, to $74 per seat. The team says these tickets make up nearly half of the lower seating bowl. Tickets from the 20-yard line to the end zone are increasing by $5, to $85 per seat. Tickets between the 20-yard lines are going up by $5, to $97 per seat. Suite tickets are increasing by $5, to $97 per ticket.

The team says it included a letter from president/CEO Mark Murphy explaining the increases enclosed in season ticket invoices.

“These increases will keep us at about the League average in terms of ticket price, which is our goal,” Murphy said in the letter. “We want to be fair to the visiting teams in terms of shared revenue (visiting teams receive one-third of all ticket revenue), but also be as affordable as possible for you.”

Tickets for the new south end zone seats are $82 or $89.
