From the Wisconsin Department of Transportation:

The southbound Fish Hatchery Road ramp to the westbound Beltline is closed for construction until September 21. Motorists must use alternate routes.

Motorists are encouraged to dial 511 or visit www.511wi.gov for up-to-the-minute information on highway and travel conditions in Wisconsin.
