Press Release from the UW-Madison:

Observatory Drive will be closed between North Park Street and the entrance to Lot 10 at the Education Building for two weeks starting today, Thursday, July 5.

As part of a utility tunnel replacement project, a bridge will be constructed near Radio Hall to accommodate one-way westbound traffic beginning on approximately July 21 and lasting until the end of September.

Access to Lots 10 and 11 will need to originate from Charter Street. Campus buses will continue on their current detoured routes.
