APPLETON, Wis. (AP) -- Two Minnesota women will be extradited to Wisconsin to face charges in a 2007 shooting death.
Thirty-four-year-old Kandi Siveny has waived extradition from Dakota County, Minn. Thirty-eight-year-old Rosie Campbell has done the same in Ramsey County, Minn. They will be transferred to Outagamie County. Transport officials said Wednesday the two had not yet arrived.
Siveny and Campbell, along with Siveny's mother, Dianna Siveny, are accused in the shooting death of 30-year-old Lara Plamann. The victim's body was found in a shed near the home she shared with Dianna Siveny in Greenville.
The Post-Crescent reports a criminal complaint says Campbell told authorities last week that she watched Kandi Siveny kill Plamann for her mother, who thought Plamann was cheating on her.

APPLETON, Wis. (AP) -- Three women are charged in connection with a 2007 death in eastern Wisconsin.
Thirty-year-old Lara Plamann was shot in the head on the Greenville property she shared with her domestic partner Dianna Siveny.
The 53-year-old Siveny along with her 34-year-old daughter Kandi Siveny were charged Monday with first-degree intentional homicide and solicitation of substantial battery. Thirty-eight-year-old Rosie Campbell is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
According to the criminal complaint, Kandi Siveny allegedly fired the gun because she suspected Plamann was cheating on her mother. Campbell was allegedly an accomplice. Kandi Siveny and Campbell live in St. Paul, Minn.
WLUK-TV reports a judge set a $1 million cash bond Monday for Dianna Siveny, who lives in Appleton. Online court records did not list defense attorneys for the women.

APPLETON, Wis. (AP) — A woman whose domestic partner was killed in Wisconsin three years ago has been charged with paying someone to beat the victim a year before her death.
Outagamie County prosecutors filed charges Friday against 50-year-old Dianna M. Siveny, now of Shoreview, Minn. A judge issued an arrest warrant.
Siveny's domestic partner, Lara Plamann, was found shot in the head in 2007 at the couple's Greenville home.
A criminal complaint says a Minnesota man told investigators looking into Plamann's death that Siveny and her daughter paid him $300 to break Plamann's bones with a baseball bat in 2006. He didn't follow through.
No telephone listing could be found for Siveny. She told The Post-Crescent last year she never tried to pay anyone to hurt Plamann.

Investigators say woman's death is a homicide
UNDATED (AP) -- The death of a woman found in a Greenville garage is now being investigated as a homicide.
Outagamie County Sheriff's Captain Michael Jobe said Monday investigators have ruled out suicide and an accidental death. Jobe says a firearm was involved, but he would not be more specific.
An autopsy was done last Friday on the body of 30-year-old Lara Plamann. Her body was found Thursday in an unattached garage at a Greenville residence. She had been reported missing Wednesday by another woman who lives at the home.
