WAUSAU, Wis. (AP) -- A Wausau business owner is facing charges after prosecutors say he embezzled more than $1 million from mortgage clients. Jay Fischer owned Valley Title and worked with clients to refinance their mortgages.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A 6-year-old Milwaukee boy died yesterday, days after he was found unresponsive in an inflatable pool. Ricky Thao never regained consciousness after he was found Friday afternoon in about three feet of water.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- The Green Bay Packers will release their annual report this afternoon that details their finances as last season's defending Super Bowl champs. The Packers are the NFL's only public team. During the previous year, the team had a $12 million operating profit.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Old World Wisconsin will hold an evening barn dance next month. The facility just outside Eagle comprises more than 65 historic buildings relocated from around the state and represents the material and cultural history of nearly a dozen ethnic groups.
