CHARGES: Possession With Intent To Deliver Cocaine, Possession Of THC, Possession Of Drugs Within 1000 Feet Of A Park, Operating After Suspension & Operating With Suspended Registration

On 3/22/2013, The Community Policing Team of The Madison Police Department's West District contacted Stephen Lee Wilson near Cameron Drive, after determining the vehicle he was operating had suspended registration. The MPD Sergeant immediately smelled the strong odor of un-burnt Marijuana, while Wilson insisted that the noticeable odor was due to a friend smoking in the car earlier. Wilson was taken into custody, and a search of the vehicle produced both Marijuana and individually packaged Cocaine. Wilson was conveyed to The Dane County Jail on charges listed.
