MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A former counselor at a coed youth camp in Mukwonago has been charged with possession of child pornography.
Prosecutors say 22-year-old Alexander R. Combs acknowledged downloading pictures of minor girls engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Investigators say three images found on Combs' computer showed naked girls who appeared to be between 9 and 13.
The criminal complaint filed Friday says Combs also acknowledged engaging in online conversations with people who identified themselves as underage females.
Online court records didn't list an attorney for Combs.
Prosecutors say Combs has volunteered at the youth camp during previous summer breaks.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
