A.G. Van Hollen files motion regarding same-sex ruling

MADISON, Wis.--- Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen filed motion with U.S. Court of Appeals to stay Friday's decision on gay marriage.

The motion was filed Monday morning. Van Hollen wants Judge Crabb's ruling from Friday to be stayed pending an appeal.

Friday Judge Crabb ruling Wisconsin's ban on gay marriage unconstitutional. Soon after dozens of same-sex couples got their marriage license and were legally married.

Some Wisconsin counties are not issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples saying they want to get direction from the court.
