FOND DU LAC, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities say an autopsy hasn't provided a definitive cause of death for a 4-month-old Campbellsport baby.

A relative found Greyson Towne unresponsive in a playpen at his family's home Sunday. The baby was transported to St. Agnes Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Detective Cameron McGee tells The Reporter (http://fondul.ac/POJBL8 ) additional tests have been ordered in the death.
