HULL, Wis. (AP) -- Residents in the central Wisconsin town of Hull are facing a water shortage so severe they may not be able to shower or wash dishes.
It's not clear what's causing the water shortage, although some Hull leaders tell Stevens Point Journal Media they believe the problem developed after neighboring Stevens Point installed a new well last year.
The water shortage that developed in early October has affected dozens of Hull residents just north of Stevens Point.
Hull Chairman John Holdrige has sent a letter to Stevens Point Mayor Andrew Halverson asking for an investigation into the matter.
