BIRNAMWOOD, Wis. (AP) -- The family of a Birnamwood man who fell to his death from a Milwaukee parking structure has questions about the events leading up to the fall.
A Milwaukee County medical examiner's report says fatal injuries to 32-year-old Robert Pierzchalski after a day of drinking were consistent with a fall. His body was found early Sunday near a parking ramp in downtown Milwaukee.
The report says there was "some scuffing or disruption of the facade" of the sixth floor of the parking ramp above the sidewalk where Pierzchalski was found. Investigators say Pierzchalski and a friend got into an altercation with three men at Real Chili before Pierzchalski's body was found.
