UPDATE: Man Accused Of Putting Child In Dryer, Other Abuse

UPDATED Wednesday, April 18, 2012 --- 12:55 p.m.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Not guilty pleas have been entered to charges against a Milwaukee County man accused of spinning a young girl in a clothes dryer.

The 4-year-old child told investigators that Nicholas Fuchs put her in the dryer "a lot of times" and that it was dark and she was scared. A criminal complaint says Fuchs also broke the girl's arm and assaulted the child's 5-year-old brother. The children were 3 and 4 when the alleged abuse took place last year at the Oak Creek home Fuchs shared with their mother.

The complaint says Fuchs picked the boy up by his neck and threw him on a bed, pinched his genitals and would put the boy's feet in hot water if he urinated in his pants.

WTMJ-TV says Fuchs' attorney entered the pleas in court Wednesday.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A Milwaukee man is accused of spinning a young child in a clothes dryer, fracturing her arm and choking her brother.

Twenty-six-year-old Nicholas Fuchs is facing six charges, including recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment and strangulation. Prosecutors say he repeatedly put his girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter in the dryer and turned it on because the girl wet her pants. Fuchs is also accused of fracturing the girl's arm.

A criminal complaint says Fuchs also injured the 5-year-old brother's genitals and picked the boy up by the neck, choking him. Prosecutors say the abuse occurred at the couple's Oak Creek apartment between January and October of last year.

This man is sick...i hope he gets what's coming to him. He won't last a day in jail without getting his payback. As far as the mom goes, who knows. Sounds like she has no self-esteem to speak of, which is why she was with this controlling loser in the first place.

Maybe the mother gets beat by him and is scared...did you ever think of that? There are some sick people out there and maybe she couldn't get out of the nasty relationship.

Why judge the mother? She has not even been accused of any wrong doing. From the way I read it, the mother did not know about the abuse until AFTER the fact and SHE was the one who reported it. Why would she report it, if she was guilty of abuse as well. Obviously her children are old enough to talk, and if she was abusing them or let the abuse happen she probably would have never reported it, in fear of her children telling on her as well. Geesh people are so quick to point the finger and judge.

WHERE was the kids' Mother during all of this. How could anyone do this to any child. How are the kids doing now. I hope that the kids are in protective custody now, and that we do get to hear updates on this. This just makes me sick. That long of a time frame, them poor kids, what horror they must have gone through. I hope that the Judge throws the Book on that Guy and at the Kids' mother. Put them in Prison in General Population, they will get the Justice that they deserve.

This man is sick and deserves the most extreme sentence allowed by law. And where was the mother?! What is wrong with people?! This is so sick and disturbing. My prayers are with these poor children.
