MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Doctors have upgraded the condition of a Marquette University student who fell off a balcony at an off-campus apartment building.
Froedtert Hospital says the 21-year-old man has been updated from critical condition to satisfactory condition.
Milwaukee Fire Department Deputy Chief Jack Christianson says the student was leaning against a railing when it gave away just after 2 a.m. Friday.
The university has not released the name of the student at his family's request.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (http://bit.ly/LhGHK5) reports the university is investigating along with the City of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Police Department and the landlord.
