MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A Milwaukee police officer has been shot and wounded during a struggle with a suspect.

Police say two officers encountered two suspects early Friday. The suspects began arguing with the officers and that led to a physical struggle between the officers and suspects.

Investigators tell WISN-TV (http://tinyurl.com/8v3f9f8 ) one of the officers was shot in the leg during the struggle. Injuries to the 24-year-old officer are not believed to be life threatening.
