Here is the latest Wisconsin news from The Associated Press:

BOSCOBEL, Wis. (AP) -- Southwestern Wisconsin authorities arrested two people this weekend after investigators say they were driving a truck that had a portable meth lab in the back seat, next to a toddler. A Grant County sheriff's deputy stopped the truck Saturday evening because the driver and passenger weren't wearing seatbelts.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The Dane County Humane Society is asking for donations to help take care of 16 horses. Half the horses were surrendered by a man who was evicted and eight others were turned over to the group from a farm near Brooklyn.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- State wildlife officials are trying to recruit volunteers to help count a rare butterfly this summer. The Department of Natural Resources plans to conduct a population survey of the Karner blue butterfly from June through August. The postage stamp-sized butterfly is on the federal endangered species list.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Experts in traumatic brain injury research are set to begin meeting this week in Milwaukee. A conference that begins Thursday will address the neurophysiology of brain injury, advances in imaging research and new approaches to treatment and rehabilitation.
