TOWN OF WARREN, Wis. (AP) -- A highway crash in Waushara County has claimed two lives. A third person was hurt when an SUV crashed into a barn in the Town of Warren yesterday afternoon.

MAXVILLE, Wis. (AP) -- The FAA is helping in the investigation of a fatal plane crash yesterday in west-central Wisconsin. The pilot of an ultralight was killed when it crashed while taking off from Durand Municipal Airport. He has been identified only as a man from the Durand area.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Hollywood director David Zucker is returning to Wisconsin to help the state tourism department. He will be filming a new commercial in the Eagle River area starting tomorrow. Zucker directed a winter tourism spot that featured the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra performing a concert and breaking into a snowball fight.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Painters, sculptors and writers will be plying their crafts next weekend along an eight-mile section of the Glacial Drumlin Trail. Visitors will be able to interact with artists working on pottery, bow-making, watercolor paintings, natural writing and wood carving. It's part of an event called Bike and Hike with the Artists.
