MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee County sheriff's office is investing at a fatal four-vehicle highway crash that killed two people and injured another earlier this morning. Authorities say the crash was caused by a driver who was traveling the wrong way on Highway 41.
OCONOMOWOC, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities are investigating a fatal fire in downtown Oconomowoc that killed one person yesterday. The fire engulfed a building that houses a real estate company and two apartments on the second floor. Four firefighters had to be treated for smoke inhalation and heat exhaustion.
MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A 25-year-old man is in custody after he turned himself in for the apparent stabbing of another man in Madison. Authorities say the man turned himself in yesterday afternoon following the Saturday night attack at Oak Park Terrace mobile home park.
MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The state Department of Natural Resources is creating a new database that's designed to help people find out where they can pursue their favorite outdoor activities. The Explore Outdoors online database allows people to search millions of acres of public land by county, proximity to a city or by activity, from kayaking to hunting.
