MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A Milwaukee judge will sentence one of Governor Scott Walker's former top aides this afternoon. Kelly Rindfleisch pleaded guilty to doing campaign work on the taxpayers' time.

TOWN OF ASHFORD, Wis. (AP) -- The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office says one person died and several others were injured this weekend when a teenager backed a vehicle into a shed. Authorities say the 17-year-old driver backed into the shed on Saturday night in the Town of Ashford, injuring people who were inside.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A man who's accused of killing a 9-year-old girl in 1970 is expected in court today. Robert Hill's recently finished a 10-year sentence for sexually assaulting children and prosecutors are hoping to use the state's sex offender law to keep him in custody indefinitely.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is issuing an air quality alert for eastern and south-central Wisconsin. Authorities say the air quality could be unhealthy for people in sensitive groups. The warning's set to expire at noon.
