NJ Gov. Christie to Campaign with Walker

Posted: Thursday, April 26, 2012 --- 3:20p.m.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie plans to attend a pair of fundraisers with Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker on Tuesday in Milwaukee and Green Bay.

Walker's campaign announced the visit in a fundraising email sent to supporters on Thursday.

The message calls Walker and Christie "two bold and courageous men" who have "taken on the status quo and have done more to put America back on track than anyone in a generation."

The primary in the recall election is May 8. Four Democrats, and one Republican running as a Democrat, are seeking the chance to take on Walker on June 5. Walker faces a primary challenge from Arthur Kohl-Riggs, a Walker opponent running as a Republican.

I am so glad Scott Walker took employment discrimination cases out of the trial courts and made Work Force Development responsible for making the work place right. Trial lawyers won't take your case unless you pay them a ton of money in advance.

If you are going to take a picture of Christie you would need a wie angle lens.

I had to laugh out loud when this "news story" was aired on the Green Bay News. Tickets for the event are $200 per couple, and if you would like a picture with Mr. Christie it will cost you $1,000. If people can afford that, we can only assume Obama hasn't ruined the economy as badly as these jokers say...

I just read that if walker gets voted back in he is going to limit the teachers to $38,000 a year. I think we will have to send the kids out of state to get a education as there willnot be any teachers here.

Teachers work about 180 days per year. At $38,000 per year, it comes to about $26.00 per hour plus benefits. Not a bad deal.

When you start paying to send your kids to a private school, don't complain.

Chris Christie also dislikes the people of his state just like Scott Walker.

Congratulations Channe 15 for reporting this. Gov. Christie is a breath of fresh air in a world of slimy, crusty politics, and like Scott Walkers, recognizes that unions have held America hostage for years. (None of the newspapers in Madison reported this...they don't want to acknowledge that Gov. Walker has the backing of some of the smartest leaders in the U.S. They'd rather report the rallies by the whining teachers & state employees.

Tell that NJ trash talker to stay out of our great state!!

Why does't Christie take care of his own state and keep his nose out of ours? I don't think NJ is doing so great, I wouldn't want to live there.
