GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- A Neenah man has purchased a Green Bay Packers Super Bowl ring that once belonged to a team front-office worker.

Seventy-one-year-old Dennis Brucks is a lifelong Packers fan who recalls sitting on the 50-yard line during the Ice Bowl. He says there's no better piece of Packers memorabilia than a championship ring.

The selling price wasn't revealed, but the asking price had been $9,999.

Karl Hattman is the regional manager for Pawn America, which sold Brucks the ring Wednesday. He says a player's ring would have been worth at least $30,000, and even more for a more famous player.

The ring is from Super Bowl XLV, where the Packers beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25.

Brucks says the ring will be a conversation piece that he'll also wear on occasion.
