MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A group established by Gov. Scott Walker's top political adviser is holding a fundraiser Monday featuring former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.
Walker also plans to attend the event to raise money for the World Orphan Fund, an organization created in 2011 by Walker adviser R.J. Johnson.
The fund's goal is to raise money to help orphans living in Honduras and Guatemala.
Johnson orchestrated both Walker's 2010 election campaign and his defeat of the recall in 2012. Walker refers to Johnson in his book "Unintimidated" as a close friend for more than 20 years and his chief campaign strategist.
Johnson is also an adviser to the conservative political group Wisconsin Club for Growth.
