Peshtigo Man, 19, Dies in Dirt Bike Crash

TOWN OF GROVER, Wis. (AP) -- A 19-year-old Peshtigo man has died after the dirt bike he was driving went off a trail and hit a tree.

The Marinette County sheriff's office identifies the victim as Christopher Mylener.

Authorities say Mylener was not wearing a helmet. He died at the scene of massive head and internal injuries.

Deputies were called to the crash Tuesday evening on private property in the Town of Grover. A family member found the crash off a snowmobile trail.

The death remains under investigation.
