(REEDSBURG, WI) A Reedsburg woman was taken into custody after a police officer stopped her vehicle for speeding and discovered her to be intoxicated and possessing marijuana.
Sgt. Patrick Cummings observed the vehicle traveling a high rate of speed on E. Main Street near Dewey Avenue. Cummings stopped the vehicle and observed the driver, identified as Dana A. Emery (40) of Reedsburg, to appear intoxicated. During the investigation, marijuana and drug paraphernalia was also located.
Emery was cited for DUI, Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed. Emery was also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as a repeater. Emery was transported to the Sauk County Jail.
