On July 19, 2014 at approximately 8:53 pm, The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received two separate regarding individuals involved in a “road rage” incident stemming from the Watertown area into the Village of Clyman.
The incident involved a 29 year old Milwaukee woman and a 76 year old Clyman man.
The road rage complaint involved tailgating, passing, and speeding. The 76 year old man allegedly confronted the woman in Clyman where threats and a brief physical confrontation occurred.
The 76 year old man was eventually arrested for OWI 1st offense, Going Armed While Intoxicated, and Disorderly Conduct with a firearm enhancer.
No charges or citations are being requested on the woman.
Sheriff Ninmann states “This incident could have ended very badly. Drivers who have a complaint about the actions of another driver should contact law enforcement so that it can be handled in the appropriate manner. Thankfully no one was injured and the impaired driver was removed from the roadways.”
