MILWAUKEE (AP) -- A special election is set in the Wisconsin Assembly's 21st District.
Tuesday's contest pits a Republican school voucher advocate against a Democratic community activist.
Republican Jessie Rodriguez is an outreach coordinator for Hispanics for School Choice. She faces Democrat Elizabeth Coppola, a United Way fundraiser and former member of Milwaukee's Social Development Commission.
The district includes Oak Creek, South Milwaukee and part of Franklin. The seat was held by Republican Mark Honadel for a decade before he resigned in September.
