MILWAUKEE (AP) — The national Democratic and Republican parties are spending millions in Wisconsin to influence two congressional races. The Center for Responsive Politics says the parties have combined to spend $3.4 million in the two congressional districts that cover northern Wisconsin. The heaviest spending has been in the 7th District where Republican Representative Sean Duffy faces a challenge from former state senator Patrick Kreitlow.
