MILWAUKEE (AP) — A Milwaukee teen trying to help a relative involved in an altercation on a school bus was killed when the vehicle ran over him.

Police say the 19-year-old grabbed onto an open window on the bus, but lost his grip and fell under it Wednesday afternoon. Family members identified the teen as Alexander Haskins, a student at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (http://bit.ly/Q69d23 ) says the teen was pronounced dead at the scene.
