MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The EPA approved Wisconsin's revised rule to curb phosphorus pollution. The state's program is aimed at reducing phosphorus levels in the Great Lakes and Wisconsin's inland waters. Phosphorus can accelerate algae and plant growth.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Hunters and trappers who want to take part in Wisconsin's fall wolf hunt will be able to apply for permits beginning next week. State wildlife officials set an overall harvest limit of 201 wolves for the season that runs from October 15th through the end of February.
