RACINE, Wis. (AP) -- Racine police said Friday they've arrested two people after a car crash that was later determined to be a homicide.
Jeremiah "Jay" Brook died Monday after he lost control of his Chevy and hit a parked vehicle in Racine. First responders found Brook had a traumatic injury to his chest. Investigators later determined Brooks apparently suffered the injury at another, unknown location prior to the accident.
The 22-year-old Racine man was rushed to Wheaton-Franciscan All Saints hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police say two men, ages 20 and 21, were arrested Thursday.
