DANE, Wis. (AP) -- Gov.-elect Scott Walker is touting his economic recovery plan to workers at a manufacturing plant.
About a dozen workers at Dane Manufacturing north of Madison attended a campaign-style event with Walker on Tuesday.
The Republican says he wants the Legislature to immediately pass a plan to cut taxes on small businesses, remove the state tax on Health Savings Accounts, reduce state regulations and revamp the state Department of Commerce.
Walker will be working with new Republican majorities in both the state Senate and Assembly to pass his agenda.
Walker planned to meet Tuesday afternoon with Assembly Democrats.
