MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- The results of yesterday's primary mean Wisconsin's recall election will be a rematch of the 2010 governor's race. Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett won the Democratic primary and earns the right to take on Republican Governor Scott Walker for a second time in just 18 months. Barrett says his previous loss to Walker doesn't matter.

TOMAH, Wis. (AP) -- A 7-year-old boy from Tomah is recovering after he was attacked by a dog. Dakota Carver had to get more than 100 stitches and staples after he was attacked by a pit bull while he was riding a bike in his driveway. He spent four days in the hospital.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Tourism spending in the state's largest county rose 7 percent in 2011. Tourists spent about $1.6 billion in Milwaukee County last year, up from almost $1.5 billion in 2010. VISIT Milwaukee hosted 207 conventions last year, a 28 percent increase from the year before.

STEVENS POINT, Wis. (AP) -- The head of the National Wildlife Refuge System will deliver a commencement address to graduates at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. James Kurth holds a degree in wildlife management from the school He'll speak at next weekend's graduation ceremony.
