WEST BEND, Wis. (AP) -- West Bend police are investigating the death of a toddler.

Police say the investigation into the death of a 3-year-old girl is ongoing pending the results of an autopsy. Her body was removed from an apartment building in West Bend Tuesday. WTMJ (http://bit.ly/KqbyRK ) says the girl's grandmother was on the scene when the child died.
