Wis. man charged with 10th OWI

A 46-year-old Rhinelander man is charged with his 10th OWI after he was stopped Thursday night for a taillight that was out.

Robin Anderson made his first court appearance Friday afternoon in Oneida County Court.

Anderson's previous convictions are from Vilas, Kenosha, Portage and Oneida counties. Anderson first conviction was in 1990. His most recent was 2002.

Anderson does not have a driver's license and was also charged with operating while revoked.

According to court documents, officers found an open can of beer in his car.

He remains behind bars on a $20,000 cash bond and will return to court on November 5.
