Tim Russell worked for Walker during Walker's stint as Milwaukee County executive. Russell was charged in January with stealing from a nonprofit group Walker asked him to lead.
MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket purchased in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis won a $1 million in last night's record-setting Powerball jackpot and ten other tickets in the state won $10,000. Winners have six months to claim their prizes.
