Incident Report from the Madison Police Department:

Incident Type: Weapons Violation

Incident Date: 12/13/2012 - 4:44 PM

Address: 901 S. Gammon Rd. (Kelly Williamson Mobil)

Details: When store staff heard a loud bang last Thursday afternoon, they thought it had come from somewhere outside. Some walked out of the Kelly Williamson Mobil, 901 S. Gammon Rd., to investigate. They saw nothing. A short time later, a customer came in and left a note indicating the men's bathroom toilet was in need of repair.

An employee went to investigate and found it was actually beyond repair. It had been shot. It had been shattered. An officer recovered bullet fragments and a shell casing. Those were kept as evidence. Toilet fragments were not.
