Madison police say a man who reportedly took ecstasy pills was found in a car half naked. It seems he had tried to start it with lipstick.
A Verona woman returned to her car in the Buckeye Lot Monday night to find the stranger in the front seat of her car, clad only in a t-shirt.
The woman was getting to her car around the same time police arrived. Officers were called after a witness saw the man walking in the lot and checking door handles. When he got into the woman's car, the witness saw him take off his trousers and recline the seat.
When officers ordered the man out, he initially didn't seem to realize he was naked from the waist down. He then remembered his pants were still in the car.
Once he had them back on police arrested him for lewd and lascivious behavior.
The Pleasant Prairie man told police he thought the car belongs to his girlfriend, and he thought he was in Waukesha.
The victim says it looks like the man tried to start the car with lipstick. Lipstick was found smeared all over the ignition.
Police say when the man learned of all this, he was embarrassed and told them he had taken some ecstasy pills earlier in the day.
