KILGORE, Texas (AP) -- It's a cold case all right. In fact, it's frozen. Police in East Texas are looking for the crooks who swiped cases of frozen pizza in the midst of a heat wave. Kilgore police say the locks were busted off a delivery truck at a distribution center. The pizza bandits not only took the frozen pies, they didn't close the truck door, either. So, the load thawed and is ruined. Gregg County Crime Stoppers is looking for info on the pizza perps. Police put the total loss at $3,400.

Deputies tell The Knoxville News-Sentinel (http://bit.ly/qeRskP) they don't know why Ford was naked. He's been charged with indecent exposure.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- A former Playboy Playmate is charged with packing heat. Police in Orlando, Florida, say Shanna McLaughlin had a .45 caliber revolver, as she passed through an airport security checkpoint. According to authorities, the gun was loaded with six hollow-point bullets and was in her duffel bag. Police say McLaughlin told them the gun belongs to her boyfriend and she didn't know she had it. The 26-year-old McLaughlin was the Playmate of the Month for July of last year.
RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- A federal judge is considering the case of a college student who stripped at an airport security checkpoint. Aaron Tobey claims his Constitutional rights were violated, when he was arrested by airport police in Richmond, Virginia. A disorderly conduct charge was later dropped. But Tobey is suing. He had stripped down to running shorts and had the Constitution's Fourth Amendment written on his chest. It was a protest of airport security procedures. U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson says he'll decide in about two weeks on whether to toss out the lawsuit.

ABOARD THE MV DELAWARE (AP) -- A former Navy destroyer will now be an attraction -- for fish. The Arthur W. Radford was sunk off of the East Coast yesterday, to become part of an artificial reef. The ship was retired in 2003 after 26 years of Navy service. The Radford joins old New York City subway cars on the bottom of the Atlantic. The objects create habitats for sea life and new opportunities for deep-sea anglers and scuba divers.
